  • Admission to Sunday, November 8, 2026, Embracing Our Power - A Leadership Exchange Workshop (requires additional registration), EWTG Showcase, and Networking Reception.
  • Access to all meals, educational sessions, marketplace, and more on Monday, November 9, 2026.

6*In order to keep your Advance Registration price, payment must be received by August 31, 2025.

Non-members are encouraged to join or renew membership before registering for the conference to obtain member conference pricing and the array of opportunities membership provides all year long, such as professional development, networking with other professionals, and peer support.

For groups larger than 20 attendees

Please click the "Large Group (20+) Registration" button below to download the registration form. Once completed, email the form to ewtg@ewtg.org. If any attendees are registering with the Member ticket type, please ensure their membership is in good standing before submitting the form. An invoice will be sent to you within 7 business days of receiving your completed form.

Cancellation Guidelines

Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing by the original registrant to ewtg@ewtg.org. No cancellations will be accepted by phone.

Registrants are encouraged to transfer their registration to another attendee if they are unable to attend. See ā€œAttendee Substitutionsā€ below.

If a refund is requested, the following schedule will apply:

  • 75% refund if cancellation is received between June 1 – July 15, 2026.
  • 50% refund if cancellation is received between July 15 - August 31, 2026.
  • 25% refund if cancellation is received between September 1 – October 18, 2026.
  • No refunds will be granted after October 18, 2026.

Registrants who do not attend the event and/or do not submit a written cancellation within the specified timeframes will be responsible for the full registration fee.

Attendee Substitutions

Registrants may transfer their registration to another individual at no additional cost in lieu of cancellation.

Substitute attendees may be named 5 days prior to the conference or during onsite registration. Notification of substitution must be submitted in writing from the original registrant to ewtg@ewtg.org. No substitutions will be taken by phone.
