*In order to keep your Advance Registration price, payment must be received by August 31, 2025.
Non-members are encouraged to join or renew membership before registering for the conference to obtain member conference pricing and the array of opportunities membership provides all year long, such as professional development, networking with other professionals, and peer support.
For groups larger than 20 attendees
Please click the "Large Group (20+) Registration" button below to download the registration form. Once completed, email the form to ewtg@ewtg.org. If any attendees are registering with the Member ticket type, please ensure their membership is in good standing before submitting the form. An invoice will be sent to you within 7 business days of receiving your completed form.
Cancellation Guidelines
A full cancellation refund will be granted for written requests received on or before October 24, 2025. No refunds will be granted after October 24, 2025. The original registrant must send the written cancellation request to ewtg@ewtg.org. No cancellations will be taken by phone. Attendees that do not provide notification of cancellation and do not attend the event will be responsible for the full registration fee.
Substitution
Substitute attendees may be named prior to November 11, 2025, or onsite at the EWTG Registration desk. The original registrant must send the written notification of substitutions to ewtg@ewtg.org. No substitutions will be taken by phone.
