2026 Annual Conference Sponsorships

There is only one (1) Diamond/Presenting Sponsor opportunity, which includes:

• Exclusive recognition as the presenting sponsor of the conference: "2026 EWTG Conference Presented by (your name here)."
• Six (6) complimentary conference registrations.
• Your company name on the front cover (“Presented by…”) and full-page color ad on the back cover of the conference program.
• Opportunity to lead/host a table at the event "Embracing Our Power - A Leadership Exchange" on Sunday, November 8, 2026. The EWTG Conference Committee selects leaders to host tables during the luncheon.
• Opportunity to select a representative from your company to introduce the keynote speaker and address the attendees for up to five (5) minutes on Monday, November 9, 2026.
• Exclusive recognition as the Diamond/Presenting Sponsor during opening and closing remarks on Monday, November 9, 2026.
• Premium placement of your company logo on:
  • Conference materials,
  • Marquee signage,
  • Conference-related emails, and
  • Event website and social media platforms (top-tier visibility).
• Priority branding on conference app (if applicable) and digital materials.
• Opportunity for one (1) company representative to serve on the EWTG Presidential Advisory Committee.
• Your company may be featured in specific communications related to EWTG educational sessions during 2027. EWTG offers educational sessions virtually and in-person for members and non-members throughout the year. Diamond/Presenting Sponsor may present at an educational or professional session, with content subject to EWTG approval.
• Post-conference attendee list.
• Tote bag gift item of your choice, with EWTG approval, to include in all conference attendees’ bags (sponsor is responsible for the purchase and delivery of item prior to the conference).

There are three (3) Platinum Sponsor opportunities:

1. "Embracing Our Power - A Leadership Exchange" on Sunday, November 8, 2026. Platinum Sponsor welcomes everyone to the luncheon and has the opportunity to lead a table discussion. The EWTG Conference Committee will select the other leaders to host tables during the luncheon.
2. Networking Reception and Marketplace Opening: Deliver welcome remarks and receive prominent branding throughout the promotion and during the event on Sunday, November 8, 2026. This event provides speakers, sponsors, and attendees with a valuable opportunity to connect and build relationships.
3. Woman of the Year Award: Serve as an honored judge for the EWTG Woman of the Year award and join the Woman of the Year Committee Chair on stage to present the nominees and announce the awardee on Monday, November 9, 2026. The EWTG Woman of the Year award recognizes an individual woman who has distinguished herself in our organization, her profession, and her community.

There are three (3) Gold Sponsor opportunities:

1. Conference Mobile App/On-Demand Badging: The mobile app offers the highest visibility for promotion of your company logo. Attendees have access to the mobile app for a limited time before, during, and after the conference.
2. Conference Photographer/Headshot Photo Station: Sunday and Monday, November 8-9, 2026: Attendees can have their headshots taken free of charge by a professional photographer for use on business cards, LinkedIn profiles, and more.
3. Conference Breakfast & Opening Flag Ceremony: Monday, November 9, 2026: The Girl Scouts Color Guard will perform the opening flag ceremony as attendees enjoy breakfast. The Gold Sponsor will receive recognition in the conference agenda, introduce the Girl Scouts Color Guard, and receive logo placement on-screen during both the opening and closing ceremonies.

The conference will feature twelve (12) breakout sessions throughout the day on Monday, November 9, 2026, offering Silver Sponsors twelve (12) opportunities, and each includes:

• Branded signage displayed at the assigned breakout session.
• Opportunity to play a 30-second promotional video prior to the assigned breakout session.
• Provide a brief introduction for the breakout session speaker (up to five (5) minutes).
• Three (3) complimentary conference registrations.
• Promotion of your company logo on event signage, conference-related emails and materials, EWTG website, and social media platforms.
• One-eighth (1/8) page color ad in conference program.

There are five (5) Bronze Sponsor opportunities:

1. Coffee Station: Your company logo and QR code to website printed on signage at the coffee station on Sunday and Monday, November 8-9, 2026.
2. Lanyards: Your company name and logo included on lanyards distributed to all conference attendees.
3. Vendor Bingo/Scavenger Hunt: Your company logo branded on bingo game materials. Attendees will participate in the game throughout the conference.
4. Charging Station: Your company logo displayed on the tower visible to all attendees while powering their devices throughout the conference.
5. Tote Bags: Your company logo placed prominently on the tote bags distributed to all attendees. EWTG will approve the bag selection.

Each opportunity includes:

The Honorable Mention Sponsor opportunities range in price, and include the benefits listed below.

Swag Sponsor - $500

• Tote bag gift item of your choice, with EWTG approval, to include in all conference attendees’ bags (sponsor is responsible for the purchase and delivery of items prior to the conference).
• Listing of your company name in the conference program.

Exhibitor/Marketplace Table $400

Exhibitor and marketplace tables are available. Every table space comes with:

• Opportunity to select two (2) representatives from your company to staff the table during the exhibit hours.
• Display table with tablecloth.
• Two (2) chairs.
• Wi-Fi.
• Your company name and logo included in Bingo game.

Space Assignment: Exhibit/Marketplace space is limited and will be assigned as applications and payments are received, so you are encouraged to submit your application early. Please note, this year’s sponsor levels do not include an exhibitor table, so you must add it to your application, if you would like an exhibit table.

Table Sponsor - $200

• The general session room will be set with banquet tables, accommodating attendees during the keynote and closing sessions as well as breakfast and lunch. Table sponsors will receive placement of your company name and QR code on a table tent.
• Sponsors may elect to sponsor multiple tables.
