EWTG Affiliate – North

EWTG North brings together professionals from across North Texas who are committed to leadership, collaboration, and service. As an affiliate of Executive Women in Texas Government, we provide opportunities that strengthen skills, expand networks, and support career advancement in public service. Together, we are building a community of leaders dedicated to service and creating meaningful impact across North Texas.

WHO WE ARE

EWTG North is a regional affiliate of Executive Women in Texas Government (EWTG), a statewide non-partisan organization dedicated to advancing leadership in public service. Founded in 2026, EWTG North was established by three founding members who joined EWTG and recognized a need to expand opportunities across North Texas. With members spread across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, we came together to build a local affiliate that would better connect and support professionals across this broad and growing area.

We are a network of professionals from government, higher education, and community organizations who are committed to supporting, developing, and empowering women leaders across North Texas.

Through collaboration, mentorship, and shared experiences, we create opportunities for connection, growth, and impact while building a strong community of leaders who are Leading with Purpose and Serving with Power.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to advance leadership in public service by connecting, developing, and empowering women across North Texas through professional development, mentorship, and meaningful engagement opportunities.

In alignment with Executive Women in Texas Government, we are committed to promoting leadership in service to Texas by providing programs and experiences that strengthen skills, expand networks, and support career growth.

We strive to build a community where women are equipped to lead with confidence, serve with purpose, and create a lasting impact in their organizations and the communities they serve.
